Winemaking
Gentle whole-cluster pressing. Must settling and fermentation at 18°C in oxygen-permeable vessels, followed by racking after two months. Aged in oxygen-permeable vessels; after fining and filtration in June, the wine was bottled in July 2024.
Vintage
Overall, it was a warm but notably rainy year, making vineyard management particularly important. Spring started promising with early budbreak, followed by relatively early flowering. However, summer saw significant rainfall, which delayed the harvest. Picking only began in mid-September with Pinot Noir for sparkling wine, while the last grapes, Riesling, were brought into the cellar in early October.
