Spring started promising with early budbreak, followed by relatively early flowering. However, summer saw significant rainfall, which delayed the harvest. Its subtly unfolding aroma\u2014true to the variety\u2014evokes Champagne, with notes of red berries, crisp sour cherry, and inviting raspberry. The palate is well-structured and complex, with vibrant acidity perfectly balancing the small amount of residual sugar. The flavour profile is exciting and anything but cloying, featuring fleshy pear and a lingering finish of blood orange, complemented by silky, caressing bubbles.
